Orbital welding

Etech owns and operates a modern Polysoude Mobile Orbital TIG Welder.

This specialist piece of machinery is used for welding stainless process pipework to a very high automated standard, as required for dairy and pharmaceutical processing plant projects.

The machine can process hygienic stainless tube ranging in diameter from ½” to 4” tube. We are also able to accommodate Sch.10 pipe for specific purposes.

Each weld is recorded for QA purposes with specific automated documentation and weld printouts. These are produced to our customers’ requirements for each weld operation.
